How much will my upgrade cost?
Cost depends on the technology level and your trade-in value. We will give you a clear out-the-door number during your visit, with the trade-in credit and the $500 discount already applied. No surprise fees.
Do you take insurance?
Many insurance plans now include hearing aid benefits. We work with most major providers and accept all Medicare Advantage plans. We'll verify your coverage during your visit at no charge.
How long does the appointment take?
About 60 minutes. We do not rush. You will have time to compare options, ask every question you have, and make the right call for your life.
Will my new hearing aids work with my phone?
The current generation streams audio from any modern smartphone. Calls, music, navigation, video chats. All directly through your hearing aids.
What if I'm not ready to upgrade after the appointment?
That's fine. We'll service your current aids, give you the trade-in valuation in writing, and you can return when you're ready.
